Wonderful Stay Near Promenade!
city view super clean room convenient location comfortable bed
I loved being so close to everything. Watching the city wake up from my window was a treat, and the room was super clean. The hotel is located near shops and restaurants! I also appreciated the comfortable bed. It ensured a good night's sleep after exploring the city.
The elevators were somewhat small, a minor inconvenience, but manageable.

Solid Stay, Central Location
fresh decor easy heating
mattress are superb and the room was very clean. the decor was also very fresh. I appreciated the garden view from the room. the heating controls were easy to use and quiet.
the hotel has stairs at the entrance so luggage handling was difficult. assistance was needed to carry suitcases. no fridge available in the room which was a problem.

personnel were nice, helpful, and very polite. staff promptly answered questions and offered assistance. the team created a very relaxed, welcome atmosphere. all seemed good.

The location worked well for me. The bus stop outside made travel easy. the staff at reception assisted with directions to restaurants. my room included a french balcony, WHICH i found a nice feature.
the elevator moved slowly, and ONE day, it was out of service. i had to use the stairs. this could be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Excellent Location, Clean Rooms, Helpful Staff!
prime location renovated rooms helpful staff convenient bus
The location is superb, near the boardwalk. It's only a block to Boardwalks. I found restaurants, Amorim gelato and Gallery Lafayette shops just two blocks away. I was pleased that the bus stop was conveniently right outside the door.
I noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working quite right. It was hard to adjust to my comfort, slightly annoying.

Breakfast included fresh choices with a European style. I liked the machine to make hot chocolate. A Bogli restaurant nearby had tasty meals, however, it's a busy place, so go early to avoid a long line.

The staff was friendly, and it helped they spoke English. The staff kindly moved me to a higher floor and the new room was much better. the staff was attentive and cute which contributed to a pleasant stay.

Fantastic Stay Close to the Beach!
prime location warm welcome efficient air conditioning renovated area
The location is prime. It's just a short walk to the beach and Place Masséna. Valentina from the staff gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful throughout our stay! The air conditioning worked very well.
I had some difficulty finding a place to park my car! I called reception for assistance, and the suggestion was to park in an illegal space temporarily.
